It is an excellent opportunity to meet new people and socialise in a convivial atmosphere, and students often arrange a series of dinner parties of their own to practise skills learned on the course. For those of you who just want to attend one-off classes as a guest, then the cost is £30 per person. Ex-students pay £28.50 per person. Extras : £15 set of 6 professional tasting glasses - yours to keep after the course is finished – or you can just borrow ours for the duration of the course. The fee includes tuition, information pack, fact sheets on wines to be tasted, end of term blind tasting and certificate. Each term will include between 65 - 70 different wines to be tasted, together with a substantial supper to be served each evening. This is to discover the secrets of harmonising wines and food. All dietary requirements are catered for. |
