Saturday Half Day courses
An opportunity to learn about wines from a different angle, aimed at those who regularly drink wine, and want to learn more. Some unusual themes and excellent wines accompanied by a lunch devised especially for the occasion.
No pretentious ‘winespeak’– we don’t lecture to you either. Just great wines, food and company and you go away having learnt a lot and enjoyed yourselves!

02.45 pm Tasting
03.45 pm Tasting with Food
05.30 pm End
Each course is limited to 30 places only.
Guests will receive full tuition and supervision.
All glasses and tasting notes are provided by WFA.
Lunch will be provided by Rydges chefs. Example menu:
Smoked chicken and pulled ham hock terrine with rustic bread and remoulade.
Grilled Asparagus spears with soft poached Hen’s egg, balsamic glaze parmesan and land cress
Slow braised brisket of beef with roasted root vegetables, salsa verde and horseradish cream
Or Tagliatelle with wild mushrooms and truffle cream
Homemade Lemon Tart
